The World Has Rules

The rules are not written but they are clearly defined for those know.

Loyalty Above All Else

You must remain loyal and true. Everything else will fall short if you do not keep this one quality clean amongst those who know you. Reputation becomes more and more important as one ascends to the throne. No one will follow a king who is untrustworthy save to pocket a quick buck or to gain some leverage.

Skills Opens Doors

One’s ability to do certain things will open doors otherwise closed to those without the talent or skill. Only after one has proved himself time and time again, will doors suddenly fling open left and right and opportunity is thrown like confetti at the one is who is adequately trained and prepared enough for the ensuing tasks.

Networth Is Tied To Network

Who you know will ultimately determinate what you have. Those with no money who are well connected to those with a lot of money will soon find their situation turned and their pockets full. The value of one’s network is correlated with the quality and relationship one has towards his connections. To know rich people is not enough, one must be friends and as close to as family with the those of real wealth. Only then can the pool of wealth truly be shared, when it among friends and family.

Corporations Are Run By Gangs

You must either join the inner circle of these gangs or become a pawn too them. More often than not, even the those at the highest levels of most companies are still nothing more than mere tools. Only certain companies, and even gangs themselves, are ran in a way that promote merit and honor. However, even if one’s gang is full of dysfunction, it behooves one to continue to serve with pride and distinction so as not to display any signs of disloyalty. In the event one does become apart of the inner circle, they will be asked to do things that go well beyond the scope of responsibility that is no where remotely close to what one would call a “job”.

Personal Values Take Priority

A company’s culture may be closely tied to partying, debauchery and degeneracy. But one need not participate in the dark parts in order to stand out. Because true value comes in one’s personal values, and these are things that money can never buy. A boss or higher manager may be paid more, but if your own ethics are greatly superior, than it will be reflected in how others treat you. It is never wrong to stand on the right side of justice. More often than not, universal karma will balance things out in the event that your immediate people do not take the moral side. There are times when the moral side is to do the immoral thing, but it should never come at the cost of personal ethics.

Humans Adapt To Those They Are Closest Too

It doesn’t matter if I am the poorest person in the world, if am constantly hanging out with the richest person in the world, they will become more like me. That is just how life works. Nothing will ever change that magical mechanism of people rubbing shoulders and mimicking those they are around the most. By being around others, they become more like me, and I more like them. It doesn’t matter if I am in the room with the most powerful person on Earth, or the deadliest, if we are in their together long enough, we will all homogenize and become indistinguishable from one another given enough time has passed. That means whoever I am with, I can influence them, and they can influence me.

Violence Is a Natural Solution For Problems That Can’t Be Fixed

Self explanatory sentence. What cannot be solved with pen and discourse, shall be answered with sharpened blades and gun powder. Everything has an answer and a solution which usually ends in death and murder. The original problem solving machine of the universe is that of the fight or flight response, to which the majority of living species will choose the former. We may not be allowed to say it in public, but the fact of the matter is that when in doubt, kill it out. The repercussions of killing someone is irrelevant. What matters is that the solution is always readily available should one ever need to use it. And in this world of many uncertainties, it is wise to have the danger of death negated through training or preparation. For the freedom to take life is always available to us just as it is to them.
